Our garden is really taking off! The tomato plants are 3x their original size and are producing. The peppers are doing really we also. Two or three plants have a pepper. The onions are out of control along with the cilantro, parsley and basil. We are about to get overwhelmed with produce! I love it. The zucchini and yellow squash is also growing well next to the house. There are quite a few flowers on each plant.

Hey there! It’s been a while since I have posted. Sorry. No hockey, no posts usually. I hate being on break. I miss it.
I thought I’d put some images of the lawn and garden. I have planted quite a few things this year including tomato, green pepper, yellow pepper, jalapeno pepper, red onion, white onion, yellow onion, shallot, rosemary, purple basil, sweet basil, parsley, cilantro, garlic chives, zucchini, yellow squash and garlic, maybe. I can’t wait to start picking!

I bought a giant 3 pound potato from Dillons tonight. It took 2.5 hours to bake and threw off our dinner until almost 9 PM. I have no idea why I thought it would be a good idea to try to eat it. LOL. We also had some turkey filets with some fresh green beans sauteed with mushroom, red onion and balsamic vinegar. It was a pretty good meal minus the giant potato that tried to kill me.

We finally got to build our snow thanks to the 4 or so inches we received on Friday. The snow was sticking perfectly. We also made a snow couch! I had piled the snow really high when I did the driveway so we could do it. I wanted to make an igloo, but I don’t think it would have been big enough to fit in.
Here’s some pictures!

Sarah and I made some delcious sushi for dinner tonight. Some of the ingredients we used were ahi tuna, smoked salmon, krab, asparagus, cucumber, shrimp, and avocado. It turned out really well. We did manage to make way too many rolls, about 16. Which is enough for 6 people! We’ll eat the rest for lunch tomorrow. I might sneak a couple more tonight if I get hungry though. We also had some crab & egg drop soup. Sarah and I are extremely stuffed. After dinner we had some champagne. Great …

With the gift cards we received for Christmas, we used them to give our master bath a makeover. We had not painted it since we moved in, so it was time! We bought all new towels, rug, shower curtain, trash can, paint and a wall cabinet. We also used the pictures Linda bought us for our wedding to give it some color. They match really well! The whole room took us about seven hours, but man it looks awesome. I have posted some pictures, but since the room is a …

Holy crap there has been a flurry of activity at the office. I launched two rather large websites this week. One was only completed in the last month! I love it though. I really do get a kick out of building these sites for our clients and see how they take off once we let them loose in the wild. Both websites are for ophthalmology practices on the east coast. One in New Jersey, the other in South Carolina. These sites are a great leap ahead in design and functionality …

Check out our awesome new Christmas tree! I put it up yesterday and Sarah decorated it this afternoon. It looks really nice in person. The picture I have doesn’t do it justice. When Sarah was putting on the lights she fell of the chair into the tree! She was a little scuffed and a few branches were bent, but they both survived. I have no idea why the tree did not tip over! It was super difficult to keep from laughing.
