Sarah and I met while working at Noble in Springfield, MO. We had seen each other day to day while working, but really never hung out. It wasn’t until Sarah and her friend Dawn sent me a message on Myspace on a late weekend night. They wanted me to come over to their duplex and play cards with them. I went over of course! I had a lot of fun with her that first weekend. I was a little shy after seeing her at work that following week and didn’t really know what to do next. We sent each other messages back and forth through myspace and over MSN messenger.

We began to spend more and more time together and I finally took her out for our first date some weeks later, hehe. We went to Bijans and she looked beautiful. I swear it was the St. Louis Cardinals that really forged the bond between us. It was the fall and the Cards were making their run for the playoffs. We watched nearly every game together. It was so exciting. We were going out every night to Buffalo Wild Wings to watch the game with friends, having BBQs and attending games at Hammons Field in the Noble Suite. It was shortly there after that I knew she was the one! Her lease was up in April of 2007 so I asked to her move in with me. It was sort of weird for her because we weren’t married. I knew we would be sometime soon! Her dad approved and she moved in. Those first few months were a bit trying as we learned to get along 24 hours a day. It really wasn’t that difficult. Sarah rocks! We have had so much fun doing everything together.

Nearly one year later we were married. I proposed at Busch Stadium while the Cards were playing the Cubs. Our lives have never been the same since then! We both took new jobs this year and just recently bought a new house!! I can’t wait to see what life brings us next.
